I started Rosa I Do to create moments—whether it’s a dream wedding, a yoga retreat, or an adventurous weekend—that immerse you in genuine Spanish culture and community.
My role is to take the stress out of planning an event in Spain by handling all the communication with the stunning venue I work with, as well as coordinating with local services—from florists and decorators to travel arrangements and accommodations.
Through local vendors, artisans, and activities, I work to bring you a true taste of what makes the SouthEast of Spain so special. It’s about much more than just the event; it’s about helping you and your guests experience the warmth, charm, and vibrant spirit of this wonderful and unknown part of Spain and build lasting connections with the people who make this place so exceptional.

Celebrating our wedding at Hotel Jardines de la Santa was the best decision we could have made. We live outside of Murcia, but organizing everything with them was incredibly easy. We trusted them from the very beginning, and everything turned out perfectly.
The entire hotel was reserved for the wedding, and all the spaces for the ceremony, cocktail hour, banquet, and open bar were outdoors—the venue is simply ideal. The food was amazing, and all our guests keep telling us how spectacular everything was, not just because of the incredible party we had but also because of the outstanding food.
A huge thank you to Juan Carlos, who guided us every step of the way, from the preparations in the months leading up to the wedding to the timing on the big day. Thanks also to Mar for organizing the rooms and always being willing to help, and to the entire hotel team, who were incredibly attentive and welcoming.

We celebrated our wedding on 15/07/2023, and our guests stayed overnight at the hotel.
Everything was wonderful—from the reception staff, who helped me with all the room arrangements, to the amazing team of waiters who took care of us that day.
All our guests complimented how attentive and friendly the staff was and how delicious the food was!
